I think Grand Hyatt Hotel Macau did an awesome job on the idea of decorating Christmas tree this year. I was admiring on the gaint silvery-mechanic tree and start asking hotel staff about it. They told me they have been collecting all the stuff like party hats from last count down, old vases, used water bottles... from the hotel since last year. This year they wants to achieve "Upcycling Concept" into this Christmas. It's pretty amazing that they stored all the used items and
I was impressed by this upcycling Japanese pine tree when I entered the hotel lobby in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Guangzhou. I've heard so much about recycling, upcycling trend for home furniture decoration. But I finally seen some artisan upcycling decoration in a luxury hotel. Isn't this Christmas tree lovely?
Whenever I travel for work, I always check out the hottest place to go for a drink. I really like they have this upcycling wooden furniture at the hotel lobby. It gives a touch of local chinese elements with comteporary and edgy interior design.
